Enjoy striking skeleton trees in the spectacular rural countryside of south Wiltshire. You will also explore medieval village, enjoy far-reaching views over the Blackmore Vale, peaceful lakes, ancient churches and cottages, and a delightful riverside cafe.

Thank you for a wonderful walk through frozen Wiltshire! Here are a few pictures to recall it. Reaching the summit of Win Green as the sun dropped away and our shadows lengthened was pure magic! Your 2 night guided walking weekend begins conveniently Friday evening at 7.30 pm with a complimentary glass of wine. (Arrive earlier if you wish, a complimentary 2.5 mile walk is available for the afternoon). Welcomed by Foot Trails founder Alison Howell, a relaxing evening start to your weekend will be a chance to meet your fellow guests and hear about your weekends walks.
On Saturday after a great breakfast, David your guide will meet you for an enjoyable paced 7 mile walk – Fables of Old England. Spectacular south Wiltshire countryside with an old English feel. Medieval villages and cottages, churches and far-reaching views over the Blackmore Vale. Lunch at a country pub and transport are all included.
On Sunday, a leisurely start and then a 6 mile guided walk – Beckford´s Folly with David your guide. What a treat, delightful winter countryside, peaceful lakes, the opportunity to spot deer and a cosy riverside lunch. Transport and lunch are included. 2010 prices
