Organising indulgent walking trips across the South West of England we are passionate about delighting our guests. Job Purpose To support the Sales Director in administering the sales department, sending out key information to our guests and making arrangements to fulfill their holidays. About you A natural planner you will have excellent organisation skills to plan your varied tasks each day. Happy working to your own initiative you will be confident in prioritising your work and committed to ensuring our guests get the answers and service they need. Positive and confident on the phone you will have the maturity to respond to and relate to a wide range of people. Your positive attitude will be infectious and you will be proud of providing an excellent service.
