There and Back Again by inn to inn
(self guided walking holiday)

Trail overview

Where? - South West England in the counties of Wiltshire and Dorset
When? - Winter 2009 & 2010 dates now available

There and Back Again - a scenic and little known trail that will take you from the country estates of Lords and Dukes to the curving chalk downs. Enviable vantage points over the dramatic Wiltshire and Dorset Borders. A castle on the horizon, climb stones stairs to the banqueting hall. Babbling chalk streams flow along at your feet for a while. Manor houses and spired churches reveal themselves in beautiful countryside.

These Inn to Inn trips make great journeys for minds and feet. Whilst your luggage is transported ahead, and your routes and arrangements are all taken care of, you are free to travel light, float on the breeze, tuck into your Kendal mint cake when you please and simply enjoy the views. Ingenious.
